Wijngaardplein


This picture is taken on the Wijngaardplein (Vineyard square). It's located between the 'minnewater' (see yesterday's post) and the Beguinage. Overthere you'll find a lot of Mute swans, who are also inextricable bound up with Bruges. In the background you'll see the 'One Lieve Vrouwekerk' (Church of Our Lady).

I like this picture very much. It has special, strange atmosphere. I have the feeling the swans are part of an art instalation.
